Application
PVC insulated armored & unarmoured power cable is used as power distribution and transmission line at rated voltage 0.6/1KV. Like power networks, underground, outdoor and indoor applications and within cable ducting.
Construction
Conductor: Class 2 stranded copper conductor or aluminium conductor
Number of cable cores: one core(sing core),two cores(double cores),three cores, four cores (four equal-section-area cores of three equal-section-area and one smaller section area neutral core),five cores (five equal-section-area cores or three equal-section-area cores and two small area neutral cores).
Insulation: Polyvinyl chloride (PVC)
Armour method: Unarmored or Steel Wire Armour (SWA), Steel Tape Armour (STA), Aluminium Wire Armour (AWA), Aluminium Tape Armour (ATA)
Sheath: Polyvinyl chloride PVC
